I’m new to the user experience field. I graduated from Ironhack’s UX/UI Design boot camp in August, 2018.

But my professional work as a market researcher has always focused on observing social behavior and solving problems for customers.

I’m a seasoned agency-side market researcher

Before Ironhack, I worked for 7 years as a Qualitative Research Lead at an international market research agency helping brands empathize with their customers and make data-driven strategic decisions.

I designed, managed, and moderated consumer and user research studies for a wide range of B2C and B2B clients.

I have an MA in Sociology

Before my market research career, I earned an MA in Sociology from the University of South Florida and a BA in Sociology and Journalism from Miami University in Ohio.
